If these days are part of your roster, you will need a medical certificate to get paid.

I am a casual, do I get long service leave? I've been at my job for 12 years

Yes you do. It is worked out on an average of the hours you have been doing.
Q:
I work in deli and have been told to remove my fake nails - can they tell me to remove them?

Due to Health Department regulations they can ask you to remove them.

I want to have annual leave at Christmas time and it's been refused. What can I do?
A:
Because you work in retail, Christmas is a busy time of the year and a lot of retailers have blackout periods.
