Following extensive negotiations between the SDA and Coles Group a new Collective Agreement covering all Coles Supermarket employees is now in effect until 28 February 2011.
The new Agreement provides for a 10.4% wage increase ($66) a week for a full-time adult Service Assistant over its life.
