Who is the SDA?
The Shop, Distributive and Allied Employees' Association (SDA) is the largest union in Australia, with more than 220,000 members nationally. In Victoria alone, the SDA has over 50,000 members.
The retail industry is a challenging and exciting arena and your pay and conditions are some of the very best around. Over the years these pay rates and conditions have been negotiated by the SDA with your employer.
