I joined the SDA in 2001.  I came out of the retail industry.  My last position being with Myer Melbourne from 1995 through to 2001.  Working in retail has afforded me an understanding of people's concerns and what is important to them in their job.  My job in the SDA whilst very demanding at times is very rewarding, especially being able to assist members to achieve good outcomes in the workplace.
