The SDA's experienced team of Organisers visit workplaces to listen and respond to the concerns of members and assist them in their disputes with employers.

Additionally, our team of Information Officers provide an expert phone advice and referral service to members who phone the SDA. For members who are unsure about any aspect of their employment, you can receive prompt and accurate advice over the phone on 9698 1400 or 1800 133 048.

And then where required our specialist team of Research, Equity, Health & Safety and WorkCover Officers based in our office will provide the necessary advocacy at various tribunals and dispute resolution forums.
