The SDA gets out and about to various events to educate people on their rights and the work of the Union. As part of this initiative, we recently attended Careers Day at La Trobe University.
We spent the afternoon not only promoting the Union, but also informing newly-arrived international students of their rights at work in Australia. Many students were very appreciative of our advice, and learned quite a bit!
