Dealing directly with an employer or manager can be daunting. That’s why the SDA provides industrial support and representation for workplace issues as well as special resources for sexual harassment, bullying and social welfare matters.

We believe that workers have the right to a safe and healthy work environment, and the right to return home without injury.

The SDA has a large network of Health and Safety representatives that monitor workplaces to ensure that employers comply with legislated health & safety laws.
